Neck Massage Therapy

Myofascial Release

Myofascial release is a soft tissue treatment to help increase myofascial mobility and reduce pain within the musculoskeletal system. Fascia is connective tissue that surrounds muscle, bone, ligaments and tendons. The tissues can become restricted due to injury, overuse, inactivity and may result in pain & tension. This technique is slow and effective to relieve symptoms of fascial restrictions.
